Sign in

Create your account, log in, enable two-factor, sign out.

Create your account

Open chat.nufi.me.
Click Sign up (under "Don't have an account?").
Enter your name, email, and a strong password, then submit.

Depending on how your organisation set NUFI up, you might instead see a Continue with Google (or Microsoft / company SSO) button. Use that — you won't need a separate password. If neither option appears, your administrator creates accounts for everyone; ask them.

Sign in

On the Welcome back screen, enter your email address and password and click Continue — or use Continue with Google if your organisation set up single sign-on.

Once signed in, you stay signed in for several days. You also get into the console (console.nufi.me) automatically — no second login.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor (2FA) adds a code from your phone on top of your password. Strongly recommended.

Open the avatar menu at the bottom-leftSettings.
Go to the Account section and click Enable two-factor.
Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator — any work).
Type the 6-digit code from the app to confirm.
Save the backup codes somewhere safe — you'll need them if you lose your phone.

Next time you sign in, NUFI asks for the 6-digit code after your password.

Reset your password

Click Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If your organisation has email delivery configured, a reset link arrives within a minute. If it doesn't, ask your administrator to reset it for you.

Your account menu

Click your avatar at the bottom-left of the app to open the account menu:

From here you can open My Files, jump to the Console to manage API keys, open Settings (display name, avatar, password, two-factor, active sessions), or Log out.

Sign out

Avatar menu (bottom-left) → Log out. This signs you out everywhere your account is open.

Common issues

  • "Registration is disabled" — your organisation only allows admin-created accounts. Ask your admin to invite you.
  • "Loop between chat and console" — sign out fully, clear cookies for nufi.me, then sign in again at the app.
  • 2FA code rejected — your phone clock and the server clock are out of sync. Open your phone settings → Date & Time → toggle Set automatically on.
  • Forgot the email you used — your admin can tell you (or merge duplicate accounts).
